Delivery & Return Policy

You have the right to cancel at any time all or part of your order on finished products without charge if and when the order is not sent to you. If the order has shipped, you will be charged only with the corresponding shipping & return cost. In case the products are already shipped you have to return our products within ten (10) days accompanied with the corresponding sales document, intact, unused and without opening the original packaging. Otherwise, our company cannot accept cancellation of order.

Products that can be ordered according to your requirements, including but not limited to specific dimensions or colors, designs cannot be canceled after confirmation the order and not replaced with other products less equal or greater value.

You have the right to replace our products in the event sent from us wrong product code, and if found defect in the product received without any additional charge. In this case you should disclose us the problem within four (4) days via e-mail to initiate the recovery process of the problem. In each of these cases, the customer must return the products to us within ten (10) working days accompanied with the corresponding sales document, undamaged, unused and without opening the original packaging. The replacement will become after we receive and check the mistake or defective product. Otherwise, our company cannot accept replacement order.

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement if the size or color of the carpet you selected does not suit you within ten 4 days. In this case you will be charged with shipping costs and you must return the goods to replace accompanied with the corresponding sales document, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. The replacement will become after we receive and check the product. Products ordered according to customer requirements to specific dimensions or colors (eg moquette, leather carpets, carpets of desired dimensions, corridors, underlays) are not refundable and not replaced with other products less equal or greater value.

In case of any real deficiencies or lack of properties sold in products the provisions of the Civil Code. To be considered an attribute, you must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

In case you choose to return products you bought from “carpets.gr” with transport companies of your choice and without our prior notice, we cannot provide any guarantee for safe transport and delivery times of the products you return to us.

«carpets.gr» is not responsible for incorrect display of shades of products on display to the user.

To avoid your own discomfort, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the status of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects. In case the package is opened or damaged it would be good not to receive the order and notify us as soon as possible.
