If the order has shipped, you will be charged only with the corresponding shipping & return cost. Products that can be ordered according to your requirements, including but not limited to specific dimensions or colors, designs cannot be canceled after confirmation the order and not replaced with other products less equal or greater value.

Products ordered according to customer requirements to specific dimensions or colors (eg moquette, leather carpets, carpets of desired dimensions, corridors, underlays) are not refundable and not replaced with other products less equal or greater value.
In case of any real deficiencies or lack of properties sold in products the provisions of the Civil Code. To be considered an attribute, you must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
In case you choose to return products you bought from “carpets.gr” with transport companies of your choice and without our prior notice, we cannot provide any guarantee for safe transport and delivery times of the products you return to us.

To avoid your own discomfort, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the status of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects.
